Everything about the platform, the products, security and getting started — in one place.

Platform

7

Rakita is an AI-first platform that powers a family of products — AI agents, marketplace and social moderation, an autonomous software factory, recruitment, and HR. Underneath them all is one shared foundation: identity, AI, knowledge, messaging and billing. You get products that do real work, on infrastructure that's already proven.

A chatbot answers questions. Rakita's products do the work — resolve tickets, publish replies, screen candidates, ship code — and they all run on one platform, with one login and one shared knowledge base. You're adopting a workforce, not a widget.

No. Adopt one product or run them all. Each works on its own; because they share the same platform, they also work better together — one login, one knowledge base, one place to manage everything.

Six: Agents (AI customer support & automation), Marketplace Moderator (buyer-Q&A + insights), Social Moderator (a unified social inbox), Kurt (an AI software factory), Navar (recruitment), and Atlas (HR / employee management).

Yes. Knowledge lives at the organization level, so you can upload your documents once and let any product ground its AI in the same corpus.

Rakita runs on leading large language models (currently Claude) through a metered gateway. Every call is logged and cost-tracked, so your AI spend is always visible — never a surprise on the bill.

Yes — capabilities are added as modular "apps," and the platform is built to be extended. An open third-party developer ecosystem is coming, so teams will be able to build and share their own apps on Rakita.

Products

Deploys AI agents trained on your knowledge and connected to your tools, live on Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and your website. They answer, take action, and hand off to a human when it matters.

An AI software factory: a fleet of coding agents that pick up a task, write the code in your repo, run the build and tests, and open a review-ready pull request — while your engineers focus on the hard problems.

A recruitment platform that runs the full hiring lifecycle, reads every CV into a structured profile, and offers blind screening to keep the first pass fair.

An HR platform — the single source of truth for your people: records, org structure, positions, pay, time and leave, all governed by your policies.

Marketplace drafts grounded replies to buyer questions across Trendyol, Hepsiburada, İdefix and N11 — and turns every question into insight on your listings and customers. Social brings every comment, mention, DM and review into one AI-moderated inbox, handling the routine and surfacing only what needs a human.

Agents: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and an embeddable web widget. Marketplace: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, İdefix, N11. Social: Instagram today, with LinkedIn, X and Google Business in scope. Kurt works from your task board (ClickUp) and Telegram, and against your own repositories.

By design, yes — for anything that needs judgement. Moderation replies can require approval before publishing, Kurt opens PRs for your team to review and merge, and the AI holds anything uncertain for a person rather than guessing.

Rakita's products are available in English and Turkish, and the AI agents can understand and reply in many more languages.

Security & Data

5

Yes. Rakita is multi-tenant by construction — every organization's data is separated, and products couple to the platform only by opaque references, never shared tables.

Access is role- and capability-based, so people see only what they should. Sign-in is gated by single sign-on.

No. Your data is used to power your agents — grounding answers in your own documents — not to train external models.

Answers are grounded in your own knowledge (retrieval with sources), and anything uncertain is held for a human. The system is built to say "let a person handle this" rather than guess.

Your data is hosted in Türkiye.

Yes — every product comes with a 30-day free trial, so you can see the value before you commit.

Setup is fast — many teams stand up their first agent or product in days, not months, because the platform foundation is already built. Timelines depend on the product and your integrations.

No code is required for core setup — business teams can configure products, channels and knowledge themselves. Engineering is only needed if you want custom integrations or your own apps.
